1. Shipping Policy

We want you to love your handmade items! If you’re not satisfied, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
